Work with the crew

We hire for the roof and the office. Roofers wear a harness tied off on every steep roof, and we train new hands.

Roofers and laborers
Tear-off, shingles, flashing and cleanup. Some experience helps; the willingness to learn matters more.
Solar-side helpers
Moving panels off and back on, and flashing mounts, under our foreman and your solar company's electrician.
Office and permits
Scheduling, permit filings and the dated warranty sheet. Spanish and English both help.
