Naoki Takahashi started the firm after watching homeowners schedule a roofer and a solar company that never spoke to each other. Today four people handle each job from the first visit to the warranty sheet.
The firm is Asian-American owned. Paolo Varela runs the crew and speaks Spanish with the crew and with homeowners.
